In this episode, I head out with the homies from Texas to show them Horse Bayou and see if we can find a few fish. We didn’t kill it, but we did find a few to put in the cooler. I planned on making some Redfish Sashimi for the homies, so I gilled and gutted these fish immediately and threw them in an ice slush. Back at PAC, I fillet the Reds, pat dry the fillets, then wrap them with paper towels and pop them in the refrigerator until we’re ready to eat them RAW!
